Patsy Pulley

Patsy Pulley

If you've ever met Patsy, you'll quickly understand her birds. A mother of three and grandmother of six, Patsy has a hawk’s eye for character, a keen sense of humor, and an unflappable knack for noticing the little things—and all those qualities find their way into her paintings.

Patsy’s birds are expressive and emphatic with feathered personalities, suspicious eyes, alert postures, and fancy tousled plumes. No two are exactly alike, but each one might just carry a little piece of the artist herself. Her owls have become a favorite among the Hoo’s Hoo of collectors, wisely keeping watch over every room they inhabit.

When she's not at her perch painting birds, Patsy finds inspiration in the nautical world of fishing lures and seashells, capturing their magnificence into fine art with delicate brushwork and whimsical charm. Her collectors don't just bring home a painting—they bring home a story, a smile, and a little hint of Patsy's spirit.
